Zyg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CIAM principles and extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and HashiCorp Vault. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity and access management systems, providing seamless and secure access for our customers.

Duties
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust CIAM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, leveraging AWS, Azure, and HashiCorp Vault.
  • System Integration: Integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless operation and user experience.
  • Security Management: Ensure that all identity and access management systems adhere to the highest security standards and best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CIAM systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams, and maintain comprehensive documentation of CIAM processes and configurations.
Responsibilities
